” The Bear Family is proud of the role we have maintained in Elgin since 1967, and we are happy to see the community and the local Police Department enjoying pleasant conversation together over hot chocolate. This is how life should be, simple and fun.” Bear said.
“We are grateful to Sergeant Demierre, who contributed to the coordination of the Cocoa with A Cop event, and to all the officers who came to the event, helped serve hot chocolate, took pictures with the community members, and enjoy the conversations. “
